Type Locality and Naming

Kishlaksaray Passage, Prishchekent District. T.M. Kremlyakova, M.V. Mikulin, M.P. Safarov (Safarovidr., 1999f.), as a stratogen based on data from A.R. Blazheevich in 1973.

Synonym: Kishlakchay Moraine, Kishlaksaray Moraine, Кишлаксарайская морена


Lithology and Thickness

Blurred moraine deposits of the main moraines of the semi-cover and valley type of glaciation. Composed of poorly sorted and unsorted boulders, clays, and loams with gravel.

Difficult to determine due to the overlap of moraines of the maximum glaciation.
